New vice mayor of Bishkek appointed

AKIPRESS.COM - Viktoria Mozgacheva has been appointed Bishkek vice mayor.
She replaced Tatiana Kuznetsova on this post.
Mozgacheva will supervise social issues like her predecessor.
Until this appointment, Viktoria Mozgacheva was director of the Bishkek heat distribution enterprise Bishkekteploenergo.
She has degree of planning engineer from the Kyrgyz State Technical University.
