PM Boronov orders to finish construction of hospitals, schools in time

AKIPRESS.COM - It is important to finish construction of all social facilities, especially those to be used in fight against coronavirus infection, in time, Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov said during the online government meeting on construction projects.
"Construction of 9 sites in the framework of fight against COVID-19 is in progress. They include construction of 2 hospitals in Bishkek and Osh, repurposing of 7 buildings in all regions of the country. I want to underline all construction processes should be completed within a month. The timelines and high quality requirements should be met. The Finance Ministry should allocate financing for purchase of medical equipment," Boronov said.
The Prime Minister also talked about construction of new buildings of schools that became dilapidated and unsafe.
"School students had to study in tents or containers in some settlements for this reason. Construction of all schools should be finished as planned. It is also necessary to finish asphalt paving of 3 km of roads in each of district centers and to continue construction of facilities as part of water supply program Taza Suu and irrigation networks," Boronov demanded.
