AKIPRESS.COM - We have received aid from many countries of the world, not only humanitarian, but also donor assistance, said Deputy Prime Minister Aida Ismailova during an online briefing. "I would like to express my gratitude to the specialists. We have received help from Russia more than once, we have received and continue to receive aid not only in the form of humanitarian aid, but also in human resources. 5 medical workers were sent, these are doctors, resuscitators, infectious disease specialists, which we really need at this time," she said.
According to her, some of the specialists worked in the National Hospital for 2 days. In general, medical workers from Russia work in the "red zone" and in the intensive care units in the regions.
"The groups went to the regions in the very first days. Every day we receive reports on their activities. A lot of work is being done on their recommendations," Ismailova said.
