Kyrgyzstan celebrates Kurman Ait

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan is celebrating Eid al-Adha today. President Sooronbai Jeenbekov congratulated Kyrgyzstanis on this Festival of Sacrifice.
"This year we are celebrating Kurman Ait [Eid al-Adha] amid pandemic that affected the whole world. On this great day I ask the God to get rid our people from this disease as soon as possible, so that we would have a prosperous country and a strong state," Jeenbekov said in his address.
"I wish a good health and long years of life to each citizen, happiness and well-being to all families. Let the God accept your sacrifice and reward you for good deeds!" the President stated.
"Let success always stay with us and our life is full of kindness. Let peace and prosperity always be on our soil. Let the God always protect our much-loved Kyrgyzstan!" the President concluded.
