AKIPRESS.COM - A medical worker in Kazakhstan gave certificates with negative results for coronavirus tests for a bribe, zakon.kz reports. Almaty region Department for Economic Investigations of Committee on Finance Monitoring of Kazakhstan proved the fact of forgery of medical certificates with negative results for polymerase chain reaction tests.
Police officers detained the medical worker (b. 1984) after she had received a bribe of 25,000 tenge and given a forged certificate with COVID-19 test results.
During interrogation she told that she'd forged 12 medical certificates.
The police is conducting investigation.
