Construction of 11 schools intead of unsafe buildings due by September 1 in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Construction 11 schools from the list of 29 unsafe school buildings will be finished by September 1, State Architecture and Construction Agency Director Urmatbek Kokocharov said.
353 million soms were allocated for construction of new buildings for unsafe 29 school buildings this year, he said.
The interdepartmental commission approved the list of 245 unsafe school buildings that need rehabilitation.
96 schools of them are constructed on the public budget funds.
Construction of 16 schools is financed by the Saudi Fund for Development.
6 schools are constructed from various sources, including World Bank's program and Issyk-Kul Development Fund.
Construction of 10 schools are financed from local budgets of Bishkek and Osh.
