Kyrgyzstan ratifies agreements with South Korea on transfer of convicts and extradition of offenders

AKIPRESS.COM - President Sooronbai Jeenbekov signed the laws on ratification of several agreements between Kyrgyzstan and South Korea, reported the president's press service.
Thus, the agreement between Kyrgyzstan and South Korea on extradition of offenders for criminal prosecution and execution of the sentence, agreement on reciprocal legal assistance in criminal affairs, agreement on transfer of convicts were ratified.
The agreements were entered on 14 November 2018.
The Parliament passed ratification of the agreements on June 25.
The laws enter into force since the day of official publication.
