Lukashenko arrives in his residence with gun in his hands

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko arrived at the Independence Palace by helicopter yesterday evening, BelTA reported.
In the video Lukashenko is seen in the bulletproof vest and holding submachine gun without magazine.
He arrived at the Independence Palace after prosters neared the residence. The territory is cordoned off, Tut.by reported. The water cannons, riot police with mortars are on the ground.
The mass protests broke out in Belarus following the presidential election on August 9 in protest against rigged elections. The riot police used tear gas, stun grenades and rubber bullets to disperse protesters.
The helicopter left the territory of the residence. The video was posted on the telegram channel Tut.by.
