99% schools in Kyrgyzstan connected to Internet

AKIPRESS.COM - 99% of 2,292 schools in Kyrgyzstan have been connected to Internet, Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov told a press briefing today. The work on Internet connectivity of schools delayed due to coronavirus pandemic, he added.
"The government discussed 31 schools having no access to Internet at the meeting on August 14. Nine schools are being connected to Internet now," Boronov added.
22 schools across Kyrgyzstan in total do not have Internet access, the Prime Minister said.
The rest schools have good access to Internet, the PM added.
