AKIPRESS.COM - The delegation of the Kyrgyz government will leave for Tashkent tomorrow for border talks, Deputy Prime Minister Akram Madumarov said on August 25.
He reminded Kyrgyzstan has undefined border sections with Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
"Some progress was achieved with Uzbekistan - 85% of borders were defined. 10-15% of borderline is yet to be defined. The last border delimitation meeting was held on August 1, 2019," he said.
Kyrgyzstan has borders with China, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. The borderline stretches for 4,703 km.
