AKIPRESS.COM - People in Kyrgyzstan stopped respecting Covid-19 preventive measures, Bishkek Health Promotion Center expert Leila Miriyeva told Birinchi Radio. The peak of coronavirus cases has passed, but it is early to stop respecting health measures. Coronavirus remains in nature and environment, she noted.
"It is necessary to wear masks in public places, keep distance, wash hands, use antiseptics. Animals can contract Covid-19, so food products such as meat need to be thouroughly cleaned and cooked," she said.
