Kyrgyzstan registers 78 new coronavirus infections, 43,898 in total

AKIPRESS.COM - 78 new COVID-19 cases were registered by the morning of August 31 in Kyrgyzstan, the nation-wide operative team for coronavirus containment reported.
29 are PCR-confirmed cases and 39 are pneumonia cases with coronavirus symptoms.
The newly registered cases included 18 in Bishkek, 14 in Issyk-Kul region, 12 in Batken region, 11 in Jalal-Abad region, 10 in Chui region, 6 in Osh region, 4 in Naryn region, 2 in Talas region, 1 in Osh.
The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases reached 43,898.
18,765 are PCR-confirmed cases and 25,133 are pneumonia cases with coronavirus symptoms.
