79 villages in Kyrgyzstan to get access to potable water

AKIPRESS.COM - 79 villages in Kyrgyzsan will get access to potable water this year, the State Water Resources Agency reported.
Construction of 4 irrigation canals will be finished this year, including Ak-Olon canal in Ton district of Issyk-Kul region, Sarymsak canal in Kara-Buura district of Talas region, R-4 canal in Batken region, Moldo Niyaz canal in Kadamjai district of Batken region.
Construction of these canals will allow irrigation and cultivation of 2,300 ha of fields.
