Kyrgyzstan marks 29 years of Independence

AKIPRESS.COM - The ceremony on occasion of 29 years of Independence Day was held today at Ala-Too central square on August 31.
In his address to those invited for the event, President Sooronbai Jeenbekov said the duty of each citizen of Kyrgyzstan is to protect independence, unity and integrity of the country.
The event was held without spectators. Medical workers, police officers, servicemen, children-volunteers who donated their saved money for coronavirus fight were among those invited for the event.
The event concluded with the concert.
