Tajikistan replaces co-chairman of intergovernmental commission for border delimitation with Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Former Prime Minister of Tajikistan, who was appointed as Minister of Transport on August 31, Azim Ibrohim, is not co-chairman of the Tajik-Kyrgyz commission for consideration of bilateral issues anymore, Asia-Plus reported with reference to a source in the government.
At the next meeting of the intergovernmental commission for border delimitation planned in the nearest time the delegation of Tajikistan will be led by another Deputy Prime Minister of Tajikistan Davlatshokh Gulmahmadzoda.
Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan continued work of intergovernmental working groups for border delimitation during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The nearest meeting of the intergovernmental commission will be held in Khujand soon.
Deputy Prime Minister Akram Madumarov leads the delegation of Kyrgyzstan.
