Number of voters has grown in Osh

AKIPRESS.COM - The number of voters has grown in Osh and Nookat district, Central Election Commission's representative for Osh region Rasul Kadyrov told Turmush.
More citizens submit the completed form No. 2 on change of electoral district, he said.
This is explained with intensive internal migration in Osh. Citizens who are registered in electoral districts at the place of their residence choose the polling stations convenient for them to vote on the parliamentary election day, he said.
"More than 12,000 completed the form No. 2 as of September 7. The forms are accepted until September 16," he added.
As of September 3, the number of voters in Osh made 151,969 and around 700,000 for Osh region.
10 new polling stations were set up in Osh. According to the effective legislation, the number of voters in one electoral district should not exceed 2,500 people.
