Emergency Situations Minister visits massive landslide site in Naryn

AKIPRESS.COM - Emergency Situations Minister Zamirbek Askarov visited the scene of major landslide that occurred in mountain in Jumgal district of Naryn region, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
The Minister together with representatives of the Ministry of Transport and other relevant authorities discussed the elimination of the consequences of the natural disaster and the opening of the road, which was closed temporarily for safety reasons.
Special equipment was reported to start working on the spot.
In Naryn region, Askarov is accompanied by State Secretary of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Azamat Mambetov, director of the Department of Monitoring and Forecasting Anarkul Aytaliev, head of the Department of Population Protection and Territory Daiyr Karimov, head of the Department of Emergency Situations in Naryn region Toktobek Shonkoev.
