Kyrgyzstan reports 81 new cases of coronavirus

AKIPRESS.COM - On the morning of September 20, Kyrgyzstan confirmed 81 new cases of coronavirus, the nationwide operative team for COVID-19 containment said. The new cases were found in Jalal-Abad region - 20 cases, Batken region - 19, Issyk-Kul region - 14, Bishkek - 10, Osh region - 8, Chui region - 5, Talas region - 3, Osh - 2.
1762 patients are on outpatient treatment, 566 patients are being treated in hospitals.
The country's tally stands at 45,416 as of Sept 20.
Over the past day, 94 people recovered from coronavirus. 25 patients recovered in Batken region, 18 in Chui region, 15 in Bishkek, 12 in Issyk-Kul region, 12 in Jalal-Abad region, 8 in Osh region, 2 in Osh and 2 in Naryn region.
In total, 41,578 people have recovered from COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan since the outbreak.
