Health Ministry to open hospitals for patients with pneumonia amid surge in new cases in Bishkek - Healthcare Department

AKIPRESS.COM - Surge in cases is observed in Bishkek now, Healthcare Department Chief Ainagul Kerimkulov said.
"10 patients with pneumonia were registered yesterday. The Ministry of Health is considering opening of hospitals, increase of hospital beds for patients with pneumonia," Kerimkulova said.
Statistics of new cases in Bishkek for the last 5 days:
September 17 and 18 - 7 new cases,
September 19 - 9 new cases,
September 20 - 10 new cases,
September 21 - 8 new cases.
The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Bishkek made 17,877. 16,372 of them recovered, 674 died.
