President Jeenbekov congratulates Kyrgyzstanis on Kyrgyz language day

AKIPRESS.COM - President Sooronbai Jeenbekov today congratulated Kyrgyzstanis with the Kyrgyz language day.
"The Kyrgyz language for 31 years after obtaining the state language status has passed a long and difficult way. It has become not only the means of communication, but the language of legislation and governance. Of course, some shortcomings remain yet, but in the age of digitalization, our task is further development of the Kyrgyz language so that it becomes the language of science and new technologies," President Jeenbekov said in his message.
"Our goal is a broad introduction of Kyrgyz language into life practice, so that it becomes a truly common language of all ethnic groups living in our country. A comprehensive use of the Kyrgyz language as an important factor in strengthening unity of the people in Kyrgyzstan underlies the language policy," the President said and wished peace and prosperity to the people of Kyrgyzstan.
