Kyrgyzstanis can enter Russia only by plane from Sept 21

AKIPRESS.COM - Citizens of Kyrgyzstan and persons having permanent residence permits can travel to Russia from Kyrgyzstan by plane only from Since September 21, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic said citing Russian Embassy.
In order to enter Russia, Kyrgyzstanis must have negative PCR test result for Covid-19.
The test must be taken no later than 72 hours before departure.
Russia announced resumption of flights to and from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and South Korea on September 19.
