AKIPRESS.COM - Some 32,580 voters have been registered outside Kyrgyzstan, Central Election Commission Chairperson Nurjan Shaildabekova told a press conference today.
45 polling stations were opened for nationals of Kyrgyzstan staying abroad, she said.
