Kyrgyzstan sets up multidisciplinary teams for COVID-19 in each its region

AKIPRESS.COM - Multidisciplinary teams of doctors trainers for COVID-19 are established in Kyrgyzstan in all regions, the Ministry of Health said.
Leading specialists are included into the team, who are coordinated by chief pulmonologist Prof. Talant Sooronbaev and chief infectious disease specialist Ainura Kutmanova.
The teams will include such doctors who have worked in COVID-19 red zones as pulmonologists, infectious disease specialists, intensivists, cardiologists, pediatricians, gynecologists, endocrinologists, psychologists and other specialists.
The first certified mobile team has been set up in Bishkek, consisting of 17 doctors and 11 nurses. The training was held from September 14-19. They are ready to provide assistance and deliver trainings for other doctors.
Training of the second multidisciplinary team in Osh started on September 21 and will last until September 26. Chief infectious disease specialist Ainura Kutmanova, chief intensivist Guljan Juzumalieva and chief pulmonologist Prof. Talant Sooronbaev deliver training.
