AKIPRESS.COM - Groups of specialists were dispatched to Batken, Jalal-Abad and Osh regions, who should establish causes behind spike in coronavirus cases there, Deputy Health Minister Nurbolot Usenbayev said.
High transmission rate depends upon the ways of spread of virus. Airborn mechanism of transmission is highly contagious, the Deputy Health Minister explained.
"The answer to the question why comes immediately: failure to observe basic COVID-19 precautionary measures, neglect of personal hygiene rules, no social distancing practiced," he said.
Specialists will establish patterns in the regions and changes may be introduced into the COVID-19 protocols then, he said.
