Kyrgyzstan buying medicines for second coronavirus wave

AKIPRESS.COM - Tenders are held to procure medicines as part of preparations for the second coronavirus wave, Healthcare and Medicines Policy Department Chief Nurgul Ibraeva told a press conference today.
Some 200 million soms were allocated for that.
"Medicines were already purchased for 85 million soms. The medicines are purchased on the basis of the revised list of medicines of the 4th clinical protocol for COVID-19 treatment. The Medicines Supply Department is in talks with pharmaceutical companies to make sure they have needed medicines," she added.
