Tajikistan harvests almost 134,800 tons of cotton

AKIPRESS.COM - Cotton harvesting campaign is in progress in Khatlon and Sughd regions of Tajikistan.
Some 134,724 tons of cotton were harvested already as of September 26, according to the Ministry of Agriculture. This is 30.4% of the planned yield.
Khatlon region harvested 109,674 tons and Sughd region harvested 25,050 tons of cotton.
Tajikistan plans to yield 421,000 tons of cotton this year.
