Kyrgyzstan, Hungary agreed to open direct flights between Bishkek and Budapest

AKIPRESS.COM - Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said Sept 29 summarizing the meeting with President Sooronbai Jeenbekov in Budapest that the visit was special and many important agreements were signed with Kyrgyzstan.
In particular, a document establishing the Kyrgyz-Hungarian Development Fund was signed to finance Kyrgyz-Hungarian joint ventures.
Orban said they agreed with Kyrgyz side to increase the fund of $50 million allocated to the Fund if needed.
Orban also noted that the parties have agreed to launch direct flights linking Bishkek and Budapest, which will be an important factor in bringing the two peoples together.
The parties will create legal and financial conditions for opening of direct flights in the near future, the prime minister said.
