Votes of citizens who took photo of their completed ballots not to be counted

AKIPRESS.COM - Votes of citizens, who took photos of their completed ballots, will not be counted, Central Election Commission Vice Chairman Abdyjapar Bekmatov told a briefing.
"Secrecy of voting is violated. Disclosure of secrecy of ballot leads to criminal prosecution under article 191 "disclosure of secrecy of ballot". A new ballot is not given to such citizens. Their ballot will be considered as used," Bekmatov said.
Acts will be issued for every particular case and further actions will be taken, he added.
