Voting results yet to be obtained from 59 polling stations

AKIPRESS.COM - 2,475 polling stations were registered in total. The voting results were obtained from 2,416 polling stations, Central Election Commission Nurjan Shaildabekova told a briefing at 11.20 p.m..
The voting results are yet to be obtained from 59 polling stations. 45 of them are abroad, she said.
The ballots are counted manually now. This should be done immediately on the election day, she added.
"Ballots and data should be delivered to territorial election commissions before 6.00 a.m. Territorial election commissions also consider complaints about voting at polling stations," Nurjan Shaildabekova said.
Territorial election commissions should submit protocols with voting results within 2 weeks and tables with aggregate votes.
The Cental Election Commission will tabulate the results and will announce the election results no later than 20 days after the election day.
