AKIPRESS.COM - MP Bahadyr Suleimanov (Ata Meken) said the extraordinary session of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan on October 6 was illegitimate.
"The executive office of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan did not tell the session will be held, I was not informed in particular. Someone from factions was supposed to initiate the session," he told Tazabek.
The yesterday's session was illegitimate as no quorum was secured. No more than 20 people were present at the session, judging from photos.
"We violate laws ourselves. We needed to respect laws yesterday and serve as example. We violate laws and create precedent for others. I would have attended the session, if I had been informed," he said.
