AKIPRESS.COM - Members of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan should take responsibility, convene and elect a prime minister of the country, politician Omurbek Tekebaev said.
He said Kyrgyzstan has a comlex situation now. After the revolutions of 2005, 2010, the interim government was established for several hours, which took responsibility. It was recognized by all political forces and international community, he said.
"Unfortunately, despite 4 days passed after the power lost, this time we can't form the interim government that would be recognized by all. This is unforgivable mistake of all parties, which disagreed with the parliamentary election results," Tekebaev said.
The parties that participated in the revolution need to hold talks and arrive at consensus, he said.
"Unfortunately, the political forces divided into 3-4 groups. Each of this group sees itself as the main and tries to form the government. There is one indisputable thing: all political forces admit the country has the president and the parliament. The lawful power may be created with these two institutes. The parliament should form the government in line with the law," he said.
Tekebaev called upon all political forces to recognize the prime minister that would be approved by the Parliament.
