63 MPs present at session of Parliament

As of 7.30 p.m., 63 members of the Parliament are present in session room. 12 MPs passed proxies for voting, making altogether 75 votes.
The previous session of the Parliament was attended by 51 MPs, meaning the quorum was not met and decisions made at the session were considered illegitimate.
