AKIPRESS.COM - Sooronbai Jeenbekov signed the letter of resignation. Speaker Kanat Isaev refused to perform presidential duties, Sadyr Japarov told his supporters rallying outside the Government House tonight.
"I has taken over the presidential and prime ministerial duties today," Sadyr Japarov claimed.
