Kyrgyzstan's export of shoes decreased 7.6 times in 8 months

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan's export of shoes decreased 7.6 times, ceramic products by 5.6 times and fertilizers 4.2 times in January-August 2020.
The foreign trade turnover of Kyrgyzstan amounted to $3.5 billion in January-August 2020 and decreased by 22.1% year on year, according to the National Statistics Committee.
Exports increased by 3.5% amounting to $1,264.3 million. The increase in exports was achieved by growth in export of gold by 36.7%, the share of which in total exports of Kyrgyzstan increased from 40.3 to 53.2 percentage points. Exports of ore and precious metal concentrates grew by 6%.
