Sadyr Japarov plans to return Kyrgyz migrant workers home in 2 years

AKIPRESS.COM - "We have a program to return migrant workers from abroad. It will take 1.5-2 years," said acting President, Prime Minister Sadyr Japarov in an interview with Al Jazerra TV channel.
Country free of corruption will certainly have its economy growing, he noted.
"Money that used to go into personal pockets will go to the budget now. It will already give results in a month," he vowed.
"He quoted Lee Kuan Yew (former Prime Minister of Singapore): if you rule the country incorrectly, educated people will leave the country. There are many educated people who migrated abroad among 2 million migrants and work in big companies. I address to them and pledge no more appointments through associates. Because of this, our educated youth cannot work in the state administration and are forced to leave. Now I urge them to return home," the acting president said.
