Kyrgyzstan reports 582 new COVID-19 cases, 54,588 in total

AKIPRESS.COM - 582 new COVID-19 cases were registered by the morning of October 23, the nation-wide operative team for coronavirus containment reported.
These new cases included 127 in Osh region, 113 in Batken region, 86 in Jalal-Abad region, 81 in Chui region, 63 in Bishkek, 59 in Osh, 29 in Issyk-Kul region, 17 in Talas region, 7 in Naryn region.
This is the highest number of daily cases after the July peak of coronavirus cases: 662 cases were registered on July 31.
The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases reached 54,588.
Four lethal cases linked to COVID-19 were registered for the past 24 hours.
