AKIPRESS.COM - Above 600 schools in Kyrgyzstan have traditional classes now, Education Ministry's School Education Department Chief Marat Usenaliev said.
These are small schools, schools in border areas, remote and mountainous parts of the country, he said.
"For instance, students of grades 1-6 in 16 schools have traditional classes in Moskovskiy district of Chui region. These schools were reopened upon permission of local epidemiological authorities," Marat Usenaliev stated.
Students are seated in a safe distance and all COVID-19 protocols are met.
"There are more than 2,000 schools. We monitor situation for each particular school," Marat Usenaliev added.
