Some events planned for Russian-Kyrgyz cross year will be held in 2021: Lavrov

AKIPRESS.COM - Some of the events planned for the 2020 Russian-Kyrgyz cross year will be held in 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a press conference on October 23 following the meeting with Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Ruslan Kazakbaev.
Coronavirus changed the schedule of international events, many events planned for the ross year of Russia and Kyrgyzstan will be postponed, he said.
"We confirm continuation of the programs of this cross year after the lifting of restrictions and normalization of the epidemiological situation," said Lavrov.
