COVID-19 situation in Osh, Jalal-Abad and Batken regions difficult - Deputy PM

AKIPRESS.COM - The epidemiological situation is difficult in Osh, Jalal-Abad, Batken regions, where the number of infected people is growing daily, Deputy Prime Mnister Aida Ismailova said following her working visit to the regions. The Deputy Prime Minister became familiarized with conditions in hospitals where patients with coronavirus infection are treated, supply of personal protective gear, medicines.
The Ministry of Health was tasked to provide hospitals in the regions with personnel. Mobile teams of medical professionals will be deployed to ensure quality of diagnostics and prevention of further spread of coronavirus infection.
