AKIPRESS.COM - Balbak Tulobaev left the post of Issyk-Kul region governor, Turmush reported.
Tolubaev said the reason of his resignatin is appointment to another post.
Tolubaev was appointed as Issyk-Kul region governor on July 27, 2020.
Balbak Tulobaev might have been offered a post in the President's General Affairs Management Department. The details are yet to be confirmed.
