Coronavirus-linked restrictions tightened in Almaty region

AKIPRESS.COM - Chief Sanitary Doctor of Almaty region Yergali Sydymanov signed a new resolution on maintaining quarantine and introducing additional coronavirus-linked restrictions in the region, Kazakh media report. The cafes, restaurants, food courts, coffee shops, etc with more than 30 seats are banned.
Kindergartens remain closed, except for duty groups with not more than 15 people.
Entertainment facilities (night clubs, bookmaker's offices, children's playgrounds in malls), swimming pools, movie theaters are prohibited.
Moving on the street is banned for more than three people except for members of one family.
Citizens older 65 years are restricted to go out.
Public transport will work from 06.00 to 10.00 and from 17.00 to 20.00.
According to the latest data, 5 107 cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Almaty region.
