AKIPRESS.COM - The video showing ex-President Sooronbai Jeenbekov leaving mosque is spread across social media.
The video made on October 30 features Jeenbekov leaving the mosque in Jal micro-district after the Friday prayer.
His advisor Murat Shaimkulov, state bodyguards are seen near the ex-President.
This is the first appearance of Jeenbekov in public place for the last 2 weeks.
On October 16, Jeenbekov announced his resignation at the session of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan. After his resignation he attended the Friday prayer in the same mosque.
According to the law on ex-President status, Jeenbekov is provided life-long accommodation on the territory of Ala-Archa State Residence and guarding by the state.
