Kazakhstan reports first case of coronavirus reinfection

AKIPRESS.COM - The first case of reinfection with coronavirus has been registered in Kazakhstan, deputy head of the Health Department of the West Kazakhstan region Gulnara Abdrakhmanova confirmed.
The patient who was first infected with coronavirus in April tested positive for coronavirus for the second time in August.
Both times the patient was treated in a hospital, Abdrakhmanova added.
To date, a total of 113,741 cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Kazakhstan, 1,837 people died.
