Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan arrives in Uzbekistan on a working visit

AKIPRESS.COM - Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov today met with Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Ruslan Kazakbaev who arrived on a working visit.
The talks addressed current bilateral cooperation and its prospects in political, commercial, economic, investment, transport, communication, cultural and humanitarian spheres, the Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan said.
The Ministers discussed cooperation in the framework of international organizations, regional and international issues.
The views were also exchanged on joint efforts on COVID-19 response and minimization of its adverse effects on relations between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
The Foreign Ministers underlined importance of continuation of bilateral events, including the upcoming round of the talks of the intergovernmental commission and council of governors of border regions of two countries.
