AKIPRESS.COM - A video allegedly showing prisoners of penal colony #47 welcoming crime boss Kamchy Kolbayev is circulating online. On November 11, the press service of State Penitentiary Service said they are looking into this video and pledged to provide details later.
Kolbayev was transferred from the National Security Committee pre-trial detention center to penal colony #47 on November 2 "due to the health condition".
