Sadyr Japarov and Shavkat Mirziyoyev discuss ties on the phone

AKIPRESS.COM - Acting president, prime minister Sadyr Japarov had a telephone conversation with the president of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on November 14.
They discussed bilateral and multilateral cooperation, the president's press office said.
Japarov thanked the Uzbek leader for the support provided to the Kyrgyz Republic for its coronavirus response.
He noted that during the difficult period for Kyrgyzstan, the Uzbek side donated medicines, personal protective equipment, medical equipment and food products.
Japarov confirmed that the Kyrgyz side is ready for further strengthening of strategic partnership, expanding political, trade, economic and cultural and humanitarian ties with Uzbekistan.
