AKIPRESS.COM - The meat export was not banned, said Minister of Agriculture Tilek Toktogaziyev at a meeting of entrepreneurs with representatives of state bodies on Nov 23. The ban was imposed on breeding cattle aimed at avoidance of animal reproduction crisis.
Toktogaziyev said some countries which did not ban export of breeding cattle faced the crisis of reproduction for many years.
"We have a program on development of breeding facilities. Now we are working on opening of the second plant in Osh so that the program on artificial insemination could be launched all over the country," he added.
