AKIPRESS.COM - The administrative court today declared the resolution of the Central Election Commission reinstating parliamentary mandate of Omurbek Tekebayev invalid.
This way the court sustained the claim filed by Temirlan Ormukov, who sought invalidation of the given CEC resolution of October 14.
