Another candidates leaves presidential race in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Sadyk Sher-Niyaz withdrew his documents he earlier submitted to the Central Election Commission to run in the snap presidential elections set for January 10, 2021.
Sadyk Sher-Niyaz announced on November 30 that he decided to leave the presidential race.
"I have met with Sadyr Japarov earlier today. I could say this was the meeting of politicians and culture figures that was held at the initiative of Almambet Shikmamatov. We have discussed 5 topics in education, culture, government system, parliamentary elections, the council of elders," Sadyk Sher-Niyaz said on social media earlier.
"We differed in our views concerning parliamentarism. Japarov said he would support presidential system and majority system for parliamentary elections. We had a heated discussion on this topic. Eventually, we have agreed people should decide governance system issue through referendum," Sadyk Sher-Niyaz said.
