It is impossible to develop economy when the borders are a mess: Minister

Smuggling remains a big problem, people who are involved in it do not pay taxes. It is difficult for local farmers to compete with such entrepreneurs, he said.
"It is necessary to strengthen borders. This is my position. We're going to raise this issue every week at government meetings. It is impossible to develop the economy when the borders are a mess," he said.
